Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of her mother Rosita, Rasheeda also developed a strong ambition and passion for all things real estate. Since starting her career in 2018, she has committed herself to educating her clients on the process of buying and selling and works diligently to negotiate the best deals on their behalf. 

Having worked in the healthcare industry as a Pharmacist for over 12 years, she naturally developed an affinity towards serving others. She believes that leading with heart, trust, purpose and respect are the fundamentals to success. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that each of her clients have an informed, smooth and enjoyable experience.

As a Certified Home Staging Specialist, she also enjoys creating environments that helps sellers command the highest value for their homes.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, reading, traveling, cross training and cooking.
